Shipping & Returns
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Standard Shipping (items weighing less than 80 lbs.)
RTJ Tool utilizes UPS and USPS to ship products anywhere in the United States. All items weighing less than 80 US lbs. will be shipped via UPS or USPS by the method selected at checkout.
Expedited Shipping (items weighing less than 80 lbs.)
Expedited shipments will ship once the entire order is complete in the event not all items on the order are in stock. If a prolonged wait is evident, RTJ Tool will notify the customer of the delay and advise the customer of available options.

Freight Shipping (items weighing greater than 80 lbs.)
All items weighing greater than 80 US lbs. will be shipped freight.
International Shipping (items weighing less than 80 lbs.)
All international shipments will be shipped via the customers shipping account. Free shipping DOES NOT apply to international shipments. Please enter all shipping account information in the customer notes box before completing the checkout process. RTJ Tool is not responsible for damage, delays or extra fees due to customs or other regulatory bodies.
Inspect all merchandise while the driver is present and make notes of visible damages and discrepancies. Contact your local UPS or truck shipments and file a report immediately. Keep all damaged goods in the original packaging for inspection. Do not discard any packing materials. Failure to take these actions might waive your claim. Notify us as we will be glad to assist you with your claim.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after an order is received. We will credit the original form of payment less shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of used or opened merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return any item. If an exchange is requested, we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email. To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the email the products that will be returned, the original order number and the reason for the return.
